ACAE was formed in the year 1960 and is one of the oldest professional association in Eastern India

We take privilege in introducing ourselves as a body of corporate professionals, the Association of Corporate Advisers & Executives (ACAE). We are one of the oldest professional bodies in Kolkata, which comprises corporate people—practitioners, industrialists, or businessmen of all facets—accounting, taxation, legal, corporate matters, financial intermediaries etc. and the membership strength is more than 1200.

Since inception, ACAE has crossed a number of milestones. It is a pioneer in the formation of a platform that brings together corporations and professionals and achieves common goals of progress and growth. Among those who have participated in our programmes are Central/State Ministers like late Morarji Desai and Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the then finance minister; political visionaries like late Jay Prakash Narayan; statesmen like Shri Somnath Chatterjee, Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri K N Tripathi, Hon’ble Governor of Tripura, Shri Tathagata Roy; respected industrialist like  Shri B K Birla, Shri Y C Deveshwar, Shri B M Khaitan, Mr. R S Agarwal (Emami Group), Mr. Sanjiv Goenka, Mr. Harshavardhan Neotia , Union Ministers –Shri Rajeev Pratap Rudy and Shri Sachin Pilot; state ministers – Dr. Amit Mitra, Shri Firhad Hakim, Shri Debashis Sen, IAS , Additional Chief Secretary, Govt. of WB & Chairman-cum-Managing Director, WBHIDCO Ltd; many others including Shri T.
